My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the rooms were decently refurbished and met my basic needs, I did face several issues that dampened the experience overall. The hotel offered great value for money, with fun amenities and easy park access, but I wish the service and communication were better.
My family had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The newly renovated rooms were a hit, especially with the pull-down beds for the kids. We loved the pools and the variety of food options available. However, we were not pleased with the housekeeping situation during our second stay, which made things a bit inconvenient.
